The PreparationKeepsake Images follows standard practices to guarantee that we are fully instructed prior to filming your wedding. We will always meet with you to discuss the day and attend the wedding venues prior to the wedding to ensure we capture all the scenes of your special day. Keepsake Images are fully insured and also arrange all music licences that are required.

The Wedding DayKeepsake Images will be as unobtrusive as possible during your day whilst still capturing all those special moments. We will always attend with a minimum of three broadcast quality 3 chip DVCAM widescreen cameras. This allows for scope in both filming and the editing of the footage. For specific moments such as the wedding vows and speeches to be included in your final video, we will use discreetly placed microphones to ensure the highest quality audio possible.

The Post ProductionKeepsake Images prides itself on producing highly professional films that reveal all the special moments from your wedding, and reflects the individualism of your day. As can be seen from our demonstration video, all footage is edited to your own choice of music and any inclusion of still photographs would also be decided upon by yourselves. The finished film duration is dependent upon your inclusion requirements. All footage is edited digitally in house. We will always endeavour to deliver the finished film within two to three weeks of your big day. We will always supply two copies of your wedding on DVD, however, VHS format is also available. Further copies of any format will be available to order as required. Standard formats used world-wide for your relatives and friends are also available should you require them. For your convenience, we have prepared a standard package that includes all the important parts of the day. However, we have additional options for you to further enhance your own film. We are also aware that you may have further specific requests and we can tailor our package to suit your requirements. In summary:
